Climbing Parks in Eisacktal

• 1. Kleine Rotwand - Karerpass **

This climbing park is in the area of Rosengarten and offers a unique landscape! The blocks are located in the middle of the woods and is worth the penalty to make a leap.

Route:  from Bozen go to the Eggental, towards Welschnof. Turn to Nigerpass shortly before Karerpass. One km later on the right you find the parking!
Access: From the parking continue the way up to a signal on the right, follow the path number 8 until the Rotwand Kleine.
Difficulty: 7 up to 5a; 3 from 5a to 6a; 10 from 6a to 6c; 17 from 6c to 7b; 4 from 7b to 8a.

• 2. Zanser Alm – Villnöß **

The climbing park is located at the foot of the Schotterfelds in Villnößtal, there a re routes of every difficulty appropriate for all climber. The rock is dolomite, with net holes and notches.

Route: from Brixen entered in Villnößtal and continue until refuge Zanser. You can park here.
Access: follow for the Genoa shelter in the forest, take the path number 35 near a bridge, you walk up to boulders.
Difficulty: 10 up to 5a; 12 from 5a to 6a; 6 from 6a to 6c; 6 from 6c to 7b; 2 from 7b to 8a.

• 3. Mahr - Brixen **

The Mahr is certainly the climbing park you will notice more in South Tyrol, being at the side of the Brenner. Rocky gneis, climbing vertical notches on.

Route: follow to Brixen, at the end of the city turn right toward Mahr. You park at the hotel.
Access: we walk along the edges of the lawn to the masses
Difficulty: 4 up to 5a; 5 from 5a to 6a; 11 from 6a to 6c; 3 from 6c to 7b; 12 from 7b to 8a; 2 over 8a;

• 4. Reifenstein - Sterzing *

A very pretty climbing park, some fairly large and easy ways, rock gneis taken net.

Route: from Sterzing, on the highway towards Brixen, coming up with Reifenstein. We cross the bridge, the cliff is 10 m after the "Elzenbaum".
Access: Parking is next to the climbing park.
Difficulty: 6 up to 5a; 1 from 5a to 6a.
